No. You can start your 14-day trial without a credit card. Explore the full platform and connect your data before committing to a paid plan.

How is ARR calculated for pricing?

Pricing is based on the annual recurring revenue (ARR) tracked inside ChartMogul. ARR is calculated from your active subscription data, so your plan reflects the revenue you’re actually managing in the platform.

What happens if our ARR grows beyond our plan limit?

As your ARR increases, we’ll move you to the next tier.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can change plans as your business evolves. You can manage your plan directly in the app or contact us for help with plans or pricing.

What counts as a billing source?

A billing source is any billing system directly integrated and maintained by ChartMogul, such as Stripe, Chargebee, or Paddle. Each connected billing system counts as one source.

Custom data sources, including manual uploads or integrations built and managed by your team, do not count toward your billing source limit.

Is CRM included in all plans?

Yes. ChartMogul includes built-in CRM capabilities on every plan.

All users can view opportunity data, create and manage tasks, and collaborate using features like @mentions.

CRM Pro unlocks outreach and advanced functionality. Pro seats can send emails from ChartMogul, create and manage opportunities, and use sequencing. Each workspace includes one CRM Pro seat, with additional seats available as needed at $39/user/month.

On the Free plan, emails sent from ChartMogul include a “Sent from ChartMogul” footer. Upgrading to CRM Pro removes this footer.

Do you offer custom pricing or startup discounts?

If you are over $10M ARR or have a complex setup, our Enterprise plan is tailored to your needs.
